The end of the year is nearly here, and although the second half of 2023 has been unprecedented for the film and television industry, there are still plenty of new Netflix movies and new Netflix shows to look forward to in November 2023 and beyond.

Of course, November begins to welcome the holiday season, and Netflix has at least two titles worth putting on your radar. Virgin River fans have been long anticipating the release of season 5’s pair of Christmas episodes, while the new movie Best. Christmas. Ever! kicks off the holidays.

Beyond the holiday-centric content coming in November, Netflix also boasts the release of the throwback HBO series Six Feet Under, the animated Scott Pilgrim series, Adam Sandler’s family movie Leo, and Jennifer Garner’s Netflix return in Family Switch.

Below we’re sharing some of the new release movie and show highlights as well as the complete list of what’s coming in November!

While you’re waiting for the sixth and final season of Cobra Kai, the team behind the hit Netflix original series has another action-packed show ready for you to binge-watch. Obliterated stars familiar faces Shelley Hennig and Nick Zano and centers on an elite special forces team tasked with stifling a threat in Las Vegas. However, they get ahead of themselves and celebrate the win before realizing they haven’t finished the job yet. The eight-episode series makes its premiere on Nov. 30, and it’s sure to be a fun end-of-the-year treat.

For the first time, a new season of Virgin River was split into two parts, but season 5 was released in parts for a very special reason. On Nov. 30, the two remaining episodes of Virgin River season 5 double as the show’s first Christmas special. As Mel and Jack search for the identity of her biological father, the town celebrates its Christmas tree decorating competition.
