Get ready because Netflix will be releasing a new horror flick called The Strays in February 2023! We’ve created a guide with all the important details about the Netflix original movie that we’re so excited to share with you.
The Strays was directed by Nathaniel Martello-White in his feature film debut. He also wrote the screenplay for the film. He’s best known for his acting roles in Red Tails, Guerrilla, Collateral, One Dollar, I Hate Suzie and Deceit. Additionally, the horror movie was produced by Tristan Goligher, Valentina Brazzini, and Rob Watson.
Production took place between September and November 2021 in the United Kingdom, with an initial expected release for sometime in 2022. However, the movie’s release was pushed to the following year for unknown reasons.

Ashley Madekwe stars in the leading role. You might recognize her from her previous role as Ashley Davenport in the ABC thriller series Revenge. She also had roles in Salem, The Umbrella Academy, County Lines, Tell Me a Story, Tell Me Your Secrets and Summering.
